I combine the Suzuki and Russian-style methods to create lessons specific for each student's unique needs, levels and goals.

Suzuki method is child-friendly and well suited for young beginners. It breaks down the basics of violin playing into small increments with fun games and exercises. This approach initiates beginners into learning by ear which trains the child to recognize good, resonant sound.

The Russian-style approach benefits those who have secured the fundamentals of violin playing and are ready to experiment creatively. The students learn to nuance their playing with different sounds and textures all through further developing the use of the bow. This challenges and allows students to express their individuality.
